Who Else Wants to Start a Business?

The Great Resignation continues to accelerate at a torrid pace.   The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that in 2021 more than 3.95 million workers quit their jobs each month on average.  Perhaps you’re next?  For context, that is the highest recorded number ever.  Many of the drivers for so many workers quitting include the rethinking of personal values and priorities due to pandemic pressures, vaccine mandates, a strong job market, and the pursuit of business ownership.   Going forward, will executives and senior workers continue to leave their corporate jobs in record numbers?  All signs and forecasts seem to indicate so.
